Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and it meets all of the following criteria, we will happily accept your return for store credit.

Return guidelines:
• Only full price merchandise can be returned.
• Promotional purchases and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. A promotional purchase includes any purchase made using a coupon code, including free shipping.  
• Item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and in the original condition they were received.
• Returned item(s) must be received by us within 10 days from the day on which you received them.

Items that do not meet the above criteria are not eligible for return. If you've read the above guidelines and your item is eligible for return, please email returns@shopnarro.com with your invoice number, name of product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return postage is paid by the customer. We are not responsible for returns that get lost in the mail.
